Rabco Simple - How to Resend the Welcome Email Notification

This guide explains how to resend the system-generated welcome email notification to a new hire in case the original message was not received.

Step 1: Access Employee Information

  • From the Administrator Dashboard, go to the Manage Stuff tab.
  • Click on the HR icon, then select Employee Information.

Step 2: Select the Employee

  • Locate the appropriate employee from the list.
  • Check the checkbox next to their name.

Step 3: Send the Welcome Email

  • In the top-right corner, click the More Actions icon “…”.
  • Select 'Send Account Created Email' from the dropdown menu.

  • Confirm your action when prompted.
  • The system will notify you once the email has been successfully sent.

Final Notes

  • Remind the employee to check their junk or spam folders in case the email is filtered.
  • If issues persist, contact your system administrator or support team.
