How do I setup an Exception Notification in Kronos Workforce Ready

To send a notification to a select group of Managers when an employee receives an exception on their timesheet

  1. Navigate to Timesheet Profile - Company Settings > Profiles/Policies > Timesheets
  2. Select edit on the Timesheet Profile and then select 'View/Edit Rules' on top right
  3. Add Rule 'Send Email Notification When Exception Is Created' and select appropriate Exception and Save
  4. Navigate to Notifications - Company Settings > Global Setup > Notifications 
  5. Select 'Add New Notification' and select 'Exception Created' 
  6. Set up to send to appropriate Managers
