How to Grant Employee Access to their isolved portal

In the isolved platform, you can invite your employees to login to their account. From their account they can download check stubs, W2s, and based on what services you are enrolled in, request time off, change their direct deposit bank accounts and m

 

By default, we WILL NOT invite your employees, unless you have instructed us otherwise. Please note, that to invite your employees to their new account you must have the employee's email address. This is how the invitation is sent. 

 

Step 1: Login to isolved

Step 2: Under Employee Management> Employee Maintenance > General, select the employee you want to send the invitation to. 

Step 3: Confirm the employee email address in the "Self Service Email" in the top right corner of the employee profile

Step 4: Select "Enable Self Service" and then save!

 

 

Your employee will receive an email from isolved with login instructions.
