How to Clear Two-Factor Registrations in UKG

Managers and Admins can clear-two factor registrations from the Two-Factor Authentication widget in an employee's Employee Profile page

An Employee may need to re-register for their chosen two-factor authentication selection. In this scenario, the manager or admin will access the Two-Factor Authentication widget for the specific employee

  1. Go to Hamburger Menu> Team > My Team > Employee Information 
  2. From the Employee Information page, locate the appropriate employee and select the Employee Information button
  3. Locate the Two-Factor Authentication Widget under Jump To on the left 
    1. If the Two-factor Authentication Widget does not appear on the Employee Information page, it can be selected from the Edit Tabs option
  4. Select Clear Two-Factor Registration for the employee to reset their Registration Status. During the next login the employee will need to Complete the two-factor registration process again
