This guide provides an overview of the available options under the Links widget on the My Stuff tab in the system dashboard.
How to Use the Links Widget on the Dashboard
My Profile
- View-only access to your employee record information.
- Use the left panel to jump to different sections.
- Use the bottom-right arrow to scroll back to the top.
- Switch to single-column view if preferred.
- Information available includes username, name, contact details, address, SSN, base compensation, and birth date (if entered).
- Review the information for accuracy and contact your administrator if updates are needed.
Change Password
- Enter current password, new password, and confirm the new password.
- Password requirements:
- Minimum of 15 characters
- Must include 3 of 4: uppercase, lowercase, number, symbol
- No more than 4 repeating characters
- Cannot be or contain your username
- Cannot begin or end with a space
- Once all fields are entered, the 'Change Password' button becomes active.
Two-Factor Authentication
- Edit contact info used for receiving virtual codes (VCA).
- Click the edit icon and enter your password to make changes.
- Add or update phone numbers or email addresses.
- Save your changes when done.
Withholding Forms
- Submit federal and/or state withholding form updates.
To add a new withholding form, click Add New in the upper right hand corner.
- Select either federal or state.
- Complete the form, either using the IRS-provided PDF instructions for federal or the instructions for each state form.
- Confirm details like name, SSN, address, and filing status.
- Once completed in the upper right-hand corner, Click Review, then Sign and Submit using your password.
- Forms go through an administrator approval process.
My Company Documents
- View and download company-wide documents made available to employees.
- Example: Employee Handbook.
- Click the Download File icon to retrieve a document.
