Here are the instructions for setting up a report to be sent automatically via email on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.
The first step in setting up the email schedule is to add a Days Profile:
Open the main menu and follow this path
Admin Gear Icon > Profiles/Policies > Days
Click on "New Days Profile" in upper right hand corner
Fill in the profile Name on the next screen, click Save
In the upper right hand corner, click Add Rule
Click on the flag corresponding with Day In A Month (or whatever setting you choose to use)
Click the Pencil on the left of the screen to edit the rule (example shown is for a monthly schedule)
Select the desired day
Select the desired month (if the rule is for all months select any month)
Click Save on the pop up screen
Click Save on the profile in the upper right
The next step is to attach the schedule to the report you want to send:
Open the desired report
Click ellipsis in upper right hand corner, choose Manage Email Schedules
Click Add Schedule on popup screen
Fill in the Schedule Name, Schedule Type, Days in Days Profile, Schedule the time the report should be sent, the Recipients, the Email details and click Save
