How do I add a deduction code to many employees at once in UKG (Kronos)?

If you need to add a certain deduction code for many employees at once (such as CalSavers or other retirement plans) follow these steps to save time.

From your main menu, go to Team > Payroll > Employee Payroll Maintenance > Deductions:

Click on Add New and in the pop up screen, fill in the options as illustrated below:

When choosing the list of employees, increase the rows on the page to include as many people as possible, check the box by each employee you want to add the deduction to and finish with Apply:

Enter the required fields marked with the asterisk (below is shown the items to choose for CalSavers) then click "Save & Add" in the upper right hand corner:
