This guide provides an overview of the three main tabs available to administrators in the system: My Stuff, Manage Stuff, and Rabco University.
Welcome to the Administrator Dashboard
My Stuff Tab
- Contains widgets for accessing payroll and profile-related features.
- MyPay Widget offers access to:
- View and download pay stubs
- Predict My Pay tool for estimating future changes
- Update direct deposit details
- View year-end tax forms (W-2s)
- Access current federal and state tax settings
- View a total compensation statement
- Links Widget provides quick access to:
- My Profile (employee record)
- Change Password
- Reset or clear two-factor authentication settings
- Submit or view withholding forms
- Access company-supplied documents
Manage Stuff Tab
- Access administrative tools through icons at the top:
- HR Icon:
- View and manage employee information (active and terminated)
- Anniversary and Birthday Calendars (if birthdate field is used)
- Payroll Icon:
- Process Payroll
- View reports: Employee Deductions, Earnings, Direct Deposits
- Process Withholding Forms (federal and state)
- Access quarterly and year-end tax documents via the Tax Documents link
- My Saved Reports Icon:
- Click to access a list of reports you have saved in the system
Rabco University Tab
- Provides direct access to training videos for both administrators and employees.
- Use the 'See More' option under Administrator Guides to view all available training videos.
- It’s recommended to view both administrator and employee guides to understand how users interact with the system.
