# How to Download All\* Records from UKG.

## If you find that you need to download all relevant records from your portal so you have a local copy, follow along with this video.

\*These are only recommended reports and may not be inclusive of all the reports necessary to meet your federal, state, local, or vendor requirements. We suggest that you confirm all the data you need before you determine you have everything you need from the system.

As a reminder, Rabco Payroll deletes terminated client's stale data after a period of time, so we recommend terminated clients download all their data without delay.
