# Accessing & Using HR on Demand
As part of your Rabco ESSENTIALS package, you’ll be provided access to our HR on Demand service, powered by Mineral HR.
Your Rabco Implementations Specialist will let you know when to expect the Welcome Notification from Mineral HR.
That notification will include your Mineral HR Username and the step to Create your own Password.
Once you’ve created you password, you will access HR on Demand from within your Rabco ESSENTIALS environment, on the Manage Stuff Tab, via the HR on Demand Icon. Please note the icon graphic may vary from this example.
Clicking this icon will direct you to the Mineral HR login screen. From here, you’ll enter your Username and Password, then click Sign In.
The HR on Demand feature allows you to pose questions to a nationwide network of HR Experts.
To pose a question, scroll down to the Contact Experts section and choose the appropriate type, then click next.
Choose the appropriate state, then click next.
Type your question here, add an attachment if applicable, then click submit.
A Mineral HR Expert will contact you regarding this submission as soon as possible.
